I am now worried that we will not be able to continue our regular Sunday worship services due to the resurgence of VV-19.

We all remember what happened last year when most of our churches were closed due to the virus. Ever since the churches began their ministry, I have been serving in the temporary and supply capacity where my help is needed.

Next week I will be standing for our son Chris at the new Faith Baptist Church in Bunnaville and next week I will be at Grace Baptist Church in Grave Hill for Brother Warren Haggins.

When Peggy and I were invited to full-time service 35 years ago, Peggy and I rejoined the Thomas Baptist Church of which we were a part. We were rejuvenating ourselves and rejoicing every week in worship and fellowship as TBC was forced to cancel all church meetings in the area.

We hope that this is the temporary situation in our public elementary school and the new outbreak of the virus among the staff and members of the Church.

If you are looking for a place to worship, I hope you will try to broadcast TBC live every Sunday morning at 10:00 AM.

Brother Thai Parten began with a series of messages from the pastor of the church, “Let my people go.” Sunday School and Wednesday evening Bible study is also available online.

One positive aspect of this brief interruption is that not only did I see Peggy’s brother Tyne, but we also experienced Charles Stanley, Adrian Rogers, and Ted Thriller.

We are now witnessing more than usual. What does Satan do? Stay tuned for updates on when all churches will return to normal service. The Bible says at Hebrews 10:25: “Let us not become egotistical, stirring up competition with one another, envying one another. But let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Instead, the more the “day” is approaching!

Worship and fellowship with God’s saints whenever and whenever you can, and I will find you in the Church.
